Please excuse the sloppy work. You're absolutely right. Depending on which part tof the S-3 you use, it appears that there are either 51,670,363 or 52,354,223 shares outstanding w/o benefit of the offering. This means a maximum market cap of only $1.443 billion.

I'm going to do some more on this, especially to make sure of the data used in my analysis for the universe of stocks. But it is entirely possible that come next week, we'll see Checkfree still in the Russell 2000. If so, it would be heavily weighted and I think would really be a big S-T deal to the stock price.
