Ross Systems Announces Nine New Agreements
ATLANTA, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading supplier of enterprise systems, announced today several new agreements in the food & beverage sector. Deluca Pasta, Inc., a subsidiary of Perdue Farms, Inc., licensed Ross' Renaissance CS(R) Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System. Deluca Pasta is located in Middleburg, Connecticut and produces various fresh pasta products. Today, Ross has more than 150 customers in the food & beverage market.
In addition, Ross announced new agreements with Canadian pharmaceutical manufacturer, Novopharm, Ltd. and Canadian building products manufacturer, EMCO Ltd. The company also stated that it had received a major agreement in the forest products industry but did not disclose the name of the customer.
In the healthcare sector, Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto and Sheppard Pratt Health Systems in Maryland licensed new facilities of Renaissance CS. Ross Systems has over 300 healthcare customers for its financial and human resource applications.
In the public sector, Ross announced new agreements with the Columbia County Advocacy and Resource Centers, the Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc. and the Applied Energy Services Group. COARC provides a vast array of services to benefit people with disabilities. They are located in Columbia County, New York. The Pedernales Electric Cooperative is a private electric utility serving more than 124,000 members in a 4,000 square-mile region in Texas. The AES Group is a utility providing electrical services in Deepwater, Texas.
In addition, the TimePlex Group in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey expanded its license with Ross Systems for Ross' Renaissance CS Human Resource System.
