Dave... I've noticed and have a couple of calls out to see if I can get any info; I hope to find out something concrete.

I did hear, however, that a principle of the brokerage house that originally financed TPAD may be buying up a multi million number of shares; perhaps an accumulation at these prices in anticipation of maybe a reverse merger, or some other major new developement for the company. Just a guess.
