Morning Susie, busy board yesterday, bashers very good sign. Regarding the site or sites closing (do I care if they failed), according to GFS they only own the rights, and cutting loose a store that isn't profitable is not always negative. MDMI did not own the building, land or equipment so due to poor management, financing or poor location may have been a factor in failure. A friend of mine from RB board has been to the cafe in Chatsworth owned by Ms. Kim, she was involved before the BK, she has a very poor location and I wouldn't be shocked if it doesn't close. Guess what I am trying to say is look at SUBX, airports mostly high traffic volume, with no fat keep up the good work Mr. Verrill, La Guardia and Mr. Hernandez. And by the way were up on news today.
