Larry, Thanks for checking out the court filings. I'm sure you had more exciting things you would rather have done. Now if Katherine filed bk, I guess that could be a problem. But she's not actually the one that sold the shares. It looks to me like the court would make him pay it back since he is the one that sold the stock in the first place. This status conference in August is a bummer. They don't ever schedule those things next week. It's always months. I guess what we need to hope for is that TMM and Randy can work a deal before mom has to go to court. Looking strong this morning so far. Still seems like a lot of interest for no more bb hype than there is. shotgun j. jett
