ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Stock Market Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ISMRD) announced today that its trading symbol will temporarily change from ISMR to ISMRD, as a result of the previously announced reverse split of all issued and outstanding common stock of the company, which became effective on June 30, 1999.
The symbol change, effective on July 1, 1999, will remain in effect for thirty days, at the end of which time the symbol will revert to its original ISMR.
