CTIG filed an 8-k yest announcing the appt of DeLoitte and Touche as their new accts. Their prior acct firm determined in March that they were no longer going to be auditing small cap companies...no disagreements and that 8-k along w/yest avail on Edgar.

Als, they filed a NT-K today indicating for the above reasons their annual report would be late...but they did include rev for year in that filing and I think it was about $7.3m...I'll check that number.

So we will have to wait to see what the 10-k says but the rev numbers are encouraging.
