Dan,

Solely for the sake of creating a little controversy and hopefully waking up this thread(VBG), I have the following question.

<<Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.>>

How does this relate to people who shake up the status quo of society.
Who create upheaval and change in a manner that is positive for society?

For example, MLK, Ghandi, and Mother Thearesa could not have accomplished the things they did without some sense of ego and knowledge that their actions could possibly have far reaching consequences. For one person to set out to change societal norm in such a drastic manner requires a certain confidence and sense of self empowerment. It requires a large degree of independence and bull headedness to take on and change an entire culture.

Sometimes great and positive actions require just the opposite of a meek and humble nature.

Mark
