Question; Is ther a conspiracy against Janice or is Janice the leader in a conspiracy ... stay tuned for more. Lolol. I'll pick Door Number One. But I'd like to note, for those readers who don't seem to have understood, that AZNT is in fact not suing me or any of my alleged "co-conspirators". They are, according to that bizarre 8K, "preparing" to sue us. Well, they've been doing that since last October. Mike Sylver announced pretty much the same thing in a Letter to Shareholders months ago. It's quite obvious that the 8K wasn't written by a lawyer. Lawyers know how to spell words like "tortious", they realize that being "annoying" isn't actionable, and so on. Note that AZNT is seriously delinquent in filing its 1998 10K. They still haven't got round to that, but they issue an 8K in which they address the question of a hypothetical lawsuit, and don't mention other "material events"? You know, like the three new legal actions that have been brought against them in the last month or so? I wonder how the SEC feels about being used as a free PR service?
