I sent Alon an email regarding Form #10. Looks like I had the same concerns as all of you. I was very pleased to get an immediate response from him regarding LCSG progress. Hope this helps calm your fears. Here is his email. "The filing should take place within days - literally. I will send a blast email to the database when it actually takes place -- I PROMISE !!!!! Also, LCS is working with a top notch SEC attorney who knows exactly what to look for to mitigate any comments coming back from the SEC. FYI in case you did not know, when the SEC makes comments and the company needs to respond -- that is when it takes a long time. Our attorney is confident that we will be able to submit the form and not have any comments or questions back -- If that is the case the turnaround time between submission and becoming fully reporting can be as little as 1 week.
