Andy, I may be getting out of genre hare but, may I suggest Christopher Parkening as an exemplary guitar player. Just in case you don't know of him, he plays classical, flat top, Spanish guitar. He has been likened to Segovia and plays Rodrigo like a true Spanish virtuoso. If I am stressed, I lean back in a dimmed light in my home office, and listen for, at least, an hour and the tension just rolls off my brain.
