ARTM : rumor has it their earnings will meet or beat estimates of .20/ share. That would give this this little cash cow a P/E of 2.90 or better on today's price. Now all the MM's have to do is start playing in the right direction. I can't believe they pulled it down so low. The risk is almost nill at these prices. Could see some heavy buying shortly.
