DDRX/MOKA shareholders approved the MOKA merger. Easy 60+% increase on investment if you got in under $2, deal is worth exactly as expected, around $3.10/share for MOKA shareholders. Will probably roll MOKA cash proceeds into DDRX stock. The combine DDRX/MOKA entity will be second to Starbucks in size. Plenty of room for a second competitor to do well. Gator
