Yep, CAOL has followed through well. I respect them for that.

Re: TSIG, I absolutely don't know. The way management totally ruined shareholder value with an insanely structured Private Placement makes me quite angry. Lots of good, loyal investors got hurt and they have done nothing to stem the tide of the stock fall. The question is why, and will there be an SEC investigation.

The company has such a superb game plan if they execute, but they seem to be either uncaring about their shareholders or very naive, or downright dishonest. I have never been so disappointed at a management team. How they could have messed this up is beyond me.

The other big questions are:

When will the PP end, so those involved cannot keep buying shares at a 30% discount to the current price and then sell immediately for a quick profit?

How many shares are now outstanding? 100M? 200M? 500M? no one seems to know.

Will they do a reverse?

Will the SEC come in?
