David...not to me...price is actually up a couple of pennies now from yesterday's close. Investors don't like delayed filings and that is a valid point here...I don't either. But they did have to locate and appoint new accts thru no fault of their own. And they are operating on two continents...with the majority of the rev actually coming from the UK..so it is not an easy audit.
