Wayne, We have some who are definitely insane people. Walking around mumbling to themselves constantly and calling the horses names that on the days I take her to the track, make me happy my mother is hard of hearing. We also have one guy who snorts coke in the john and them comes out and shouts at the top of his lungs even when in normal conversation. He will tell you how to bet and then try to borrow money so he can bet again. <g> Folks just refer to him as "the obnoxious guy." Damon Runyon was too kind.
