According to CEO Carl Smith, there are 11.5 mil shares outstanding and 3.3 mil in the public float. For the audited figures due out end of March, he's expecting $14 mil gross and $3 mil pretax. They have hired a pr firm to support the price and get the word out on the company. Their number is 713/596-9000. Company number is 800/766-2782. --Madly
