However, I did have a copy of a portion of the amendment that was stamped "Received by the Court" prior to Pluvia's posts. Unfortuneatley, I disposed of the hard copy in favor of keeping an e-mail version that was more complete (the e-mail did not have the front cover which included the date stamp).

But, I can state with great confidence that all Pluvia's posts occurred after the amendment was filed, not before. As far as proof, you will need to verify with the court clerk. If you really believe there is some sort of conspiracy, you can verify it in about 30 minutes of work.
