Gene, Excellent find on SFE. Looks like RR is in full swing on it. I think you have the IL/ACT thing down pat. That's great. I found an ACT on QCOM during 12/98. I'll check it out now and see if it's in IL violation way up there. Ok...back...QCOM's IL is at a value of 152 today. This one'll be something to watch. Doug R
