No, I have no idea of what Brinker's daily schedule might be <g> but I assume he looks as the indicators as new information becomes available which could be as much as daily.

No, I have never heard Brinker discuss it in that much detail. I have no idea of the time lag between his arriving at the conclusion and his physically issuing a sell signal. Do you have a specific concern here ?

But he has said he would mail a first class mail alert whenever it was determined even if it came between issues of his newsletter. He has said that any such sell signal would tend ot occur at the beginning of any week.
