Sounds like someone's been a drinkin' from that little blue jug called Dynamo.

Gore will lose resoundingly in Silicon Valley, if he ever gets the nomination of the Party of Clinton. Gore is a big gov, central planner - the opposite of what drives Silicon Valley.

People want to flush what is left of Clinton/Gore and close that outhouse door. I further fully expect that California will swing back from 1998 and vote Republican, to curb the excesses of Davis and the Dem legislature - that's the prevailing historical pattern.
