After listening to the conference call I've got to believe we are past the point of maximum pessimism.

COMS management ran a very professional conference call.

Notable comments (IMO)

1. "January was better than December and February was better than January"

2.Cash and equivalents rose nicely.

3.Company sees a return to a more normal pricing enviornment and certainly does not see a repeat of the pricing problems of last qtr.

4.Problems of the last qtr were from increased entry into the lucrative networking market by startups and established players. CEO is absolutely convinced that end user demand is still VERY strong.

5. Customers of the company are unanimously excited about the prospects of the USRX merger andpractically all expect to increase their business with te combined entity.

All in all the call seemed good,should be interesting to see analysts spin on the conference.
