Definition, LTD. Enters Into Joint Venture Agreement With Vision Television Network
LAS VEGAS, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Donna Anderson, President of Definition, LTD. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL - news) and Paul Zangrillo, President of Vision Television Network, formerly American Television Network, have announced a joint venture for the purpose of developing and releasing the ''Golden Legend'' record label. The first of fifteen major artists will be Frankie Randall.
Vision Television Network produces infomercials, direct response, bulk air-time, pilots, production and celebrity endorsements. In addition to being a musician, singer, and former Vice President of Bally's Entertainment, Mr. Randall will be handling public relations for the joint venture and interfacing with newly signed stars and celebrity acts. This joint venture will be done through the newly opened offices of Definition, LTD. at 2700 Sunset Road, Las Vegas, NV, 89120.
