(NYSE: HS - news), a leading international distributor of IT products and services, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Computer Hardware of Australia (CHA), the third largest wholesale distributor of IT products in Australia. CHA is expected to generate sales of approximately $65 million for its fiscal year ended June 30, 1999.
