Pallisard, I'm sorry you feel that way. No resentment toward the legitimate posters on this board. It does irritate me, however, to see certain people ridiculing the idea that one should give credibility to the SEC filings. Particularly when these are the same people whose knowledgeable sources have been wrong for years while the SEC filings have been right for years.

We had this very same discussion in late November/early December. The SEC filings were called dated attorney disclaimers, and we were assured contracts were imminent in January. And when I argued then that the filings meant exactly what they said, I was given the same condescending responses that I am being given now.

Good luck to those who are simply trying to make a buck and don't make any claims to inside knowledge of imminent contracts. I will consider repurchasing after I see how the current financing uncertainty is resolved.
