Hamby,
We all know that both splits and reverse splits do not change the fundamental value of a company (or its stock). If the reverse split speeds the time to being listed on a broad exchange and, thus, improves liquidity, is this not at least preferred to less liquidity. Splits and reverse splits are basically ways of increasing liquidity. I would appreciate more information that builds the case for voting against the reverse split as proposed. Thanks.
