BAMM started the year at 13. This is a big deal for BAMM, but for Wal-Mart to rely on them for fulfillment is a joke. Wal-Mart should have given the business to Amazon if they wanted to offer the best service, but Amazon is serious competition to Wal-Mart's other departments. Most importantly it says to me that Wal-Mart doesn't have a comprehensive game plan for e-tail.
