Hi Dave, About a week ago I received from the company via my broker various proxy documents. Seems the company stockholders meeting is coming up soon(sorry don't have docs here in front of me). Also, company announces that they have become profitable. Earnings report is being worked on and should come out shortly. Could be this knowledge is getting around and causing some buying. Walt
