I really have no idea why he filed. Maybe he needed money at the time but his situation changed. People sell stocks all the time that they would prefer to keep if they had the option.

All you have to do is read the RB thread and you'll find out how many shares he has.

Anyway, believe what you want, I really couldn't care less. We all know that you hate MGAU and you hate J/L so why you hang around here is beyond me.
