If HWP tried to buy out sgi at a cheap price, I believe that a lot of stockholders would claim that RR, in collusion with HWP, contained the turnaround so that HWP could get it for a cheap price. Wouldn't this be considered fraud? I am certainly not saying this is true--I am saying a lot of stockholders would consider this possibility. Personally I would be happy as hell to get $25 for all of mine. dd
