>>Muffin Man, I do not mean to be offensive, abrasive or antagonistic to anyone here on the TRIL thread. As an experienced petroleum geologist, I am simply telling you to read between the lines. Never mind that, just read the actual lines! The June 22 news release was quite bold and in my opinion misleading, and means very little.<<
Dear S&P,
Your post is probably very well-intended --- to accomplish what I am not quite certain. However, you might like to try following your own advice and "just read the actual lines" instead of spending so much time "between" them. Perhaps then you could cite the correct ticker for Halliburton Company (HAL), which is in energy services, rather than the ticker of Hillenbrand Industries (HB), which is involved in healthcare.
Since your research failed to catch the fact that you used the wrong ticker symbol in reference to Halliburton, your credibility is strongly lacking. Your statement was most applicable to your own post: "quite bold and in my opinion misleading, and means very little."
I do thank you for your response, but it is somewhat skewed, it seems.
Best Wishes, Muffin Man |
