For DD, go to ipo.com and search under VaxGen to read the S-1, which was filed with the SEC on 5/7/99 in connection with yesterday's IPO. In a few days, your broker will send you the IPO Prospectus, which should come with your confirm. Ask him for one, if you don't get it. You can read the recent news releases on YAHOO and you can visit the company's web site at vaxgen.com I have friends that got as little as 50 shares from their Pru Branches, and many didn't get a single share. You should be very happy to have received 300 shares and you may have received the entire office allotment.
