I am slighly skeptical of BLTI future. Check out the info on this site. tscn.com If all the info is accurate, my concerns are: 1. Why have the sales in Germany been declining ?!? - it sounds worse than non existent or not picking up, IMO. 2. The cash is .01 per share !!! Do they have financing problems ? How are they planning to finance their future? Shares outstanding have almost trippled in the past few years. Are we going to see more of the same ? 3. Why is insider ownership conspicuous by its absence ? 4. Institutional ownership is a meager 3%, which is not exactly a negative (undiscovered gem ? ) but they have stepped in a while ago and have done nothing since ( inspite of all the seemingly positive recent developments). Coupled with lack of insider activity and their favoring raising the needed capital through issuing additional shares ( which they do not seem to care to buy for their own account) looks rather notorious. Would appreciate comments/responds. VM.
