Well, geez (taking into account SI's anti-profanity stance), what we did was to call (or in my, case, email) Sweet Factory executives to ask whether they indeed had cut a distribution deal to 250 Sweet Factory outlets with RETN/AZNT, as AZNT announced in their 29 September press release.
Sweet Factory said, well, no....and they said it very categorically. To three different people: tonto, Bill Ulrich, and me.
Is that tortious interference? If so, interference in what? Just like the Monsanto "deal"...
