Buying/Selling invokes wash sale rules? Chris, You don't have to divulge your personal situation, but can anyone properly enlighten the readers here about buying/selling and rebuying again within 30 days? It seems that the IRS rules come into play here about wash sale, and the inability to declare losses, if you have them. It may not belong in this thread, but with all the comments about stops, re-buys, and the like, it might be time to get this out in the open. Steve
