rich, Agreed- I think that INVX has a good deal here- but I'll reserve judgement until tomorrow's conference call and I see some figures on the total effect of the acquisition- but still it positions INVX well in a strong growth area and continues diversification away from the dd area. Indeed I am surprised that someone like HDCO did not make a run at AFLX too... Finally not to say I had anything to do with this since I did not, but about seven months ago I sent an e-mail to INVX and said "Hey, take a look at AFLX- fits your long-term corporate strategy and you could get a decent deal...." I wonder how many e-mail notes they got like that....or at least their corporate planners were thinking along those same lines... Again I'll point out that INVX has become a "stealth ECM" yet it is valued as a dd components manufacturer.....
