Multi-Media Talents Coming to Commercial
Concepts

SALT LAKE CITY, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Concepts, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CMEC - news) announced
today the union of two key individuals to the Commercial Concepts team, Craig Nybo and Larry Nybo, both formerly of Euro
RSCG DSW Partners (formerly known as the prestigious advertising firm -- Dallin, Smith, and White). With their multimedia
and Internet experience at a top agency handling key high-tech accounts, and with their background in HTML design and
programming for e-commerce and web sites, these two talented high-tech developers will provide additional strength to the
divisions of Commercial Concepts.

In addition, Commercial Concepts is preparing an SB-1 Registration Statement for filing with the Securities and Exchange
Commission, and is near completion with their annual audit for the year 1999. Due to the resources spent in the development
and positioning of the Y2K products, Commercial Concepts showed a loss for 1998, but is looking positive towards the future
with the acquisition of Outdoor Technologies, Inc., and Advice Productions, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Commercial
Concepts. Advice Productions has shown an operating profit during the month of June. Commercial Concepts has also
substantially increased their retail stores, now carrying or contracted to carry the Y2K product, Quick Fixx 2000, and has
private labeled two products for Y2K, in anticipation of expected increases in sales during the third and fourth quarters. The
Company is ready to launch the beta version of their exciting new e-commerce site, MerchantTraders.com. The site carries
several private labeled brand products including clothing, jewelry, camping and outdoor products, personal products, as well as
financial services. For more information and for a test preview of this site send your request to test@cmecut.com.
