I imagine one could do that if I understand you correctly. One could be interested in buying at one price and selling at a higher one. But I think the super buy/sell messages are the only ones that specify a price limit so if I show interest in selling a 100K of XOMA and people call me and I don't have it at the market then they are not going to call me in the future.
