Those Eichler houses have been featured in Metropolitan Home several times in the past few years as makeovers, which probably adds to their cachet. They're tiny, too - like 1100 -1600 square feet. Oh well, when the next bust cycle comes out there, maybe some of us who made a fortune shorting the market can buy one in a foreclosure sale. Kidding, I don't wish that on anyone.
