QuickTime and 360 degrees

"Besides, QT is about much more then streaming media. Real's technology can't even come close to replacing all the things QT does"

Most people think in a linear fashion. Many of the things QT does are utterly useless. The ability to whip people around 360' has absolutely no utility value.
The way people comprehend the world won't change.
QT sure does looks good - for about 10 minutes.
On to something new!
