The latest Zack's earnings estimate for NABI were
increased from .40 to .41 for FY 97 and from .80 to
.92 in FY 98. At today's close, NABI's share price
is ridiculous. Eventually, I am confident the
market will properly value NABI. Assuming earnings
estimates are met next year, NABI will earn .92,
which should yield a fair value close to 30 or even
higher if you assume a growth rate higher than 35%.
NABI is doing everything right this year insofar as
earnings and earnings estimates are rising. When
the news gets out on NABi and institutions compare
earnings in prior quarters with coming quarters,
the stock should take off. At today's close, NABI
is trading where it was at the end of 1996 and has
had very good support at this level. Tom, remind
us we need to be patient in these trying times.
