Oh, yes, it has been simply horrible, and it went on for weeks and weeks, too, or at least for two days; and if you knew why it took so long to get repaired, you'd think I was so utterly idiotic you'd banish me from your thread.

Thank you so much for the condolences. I asked my friend to go on and explain my situation only partly because I had some unanswered msgs in my in box; the other part is that I wanted sympathy.
