Dan, which companies compete with MRVC in sales of 100 MB switches? How about Gig Ether? To follow up on a question I asked earlier -- which products does 3Com sell that directly compete with MRVC? Does 3Com sell a FE switch? I've read some musings on this thread about MRVC activity in Japan. Do you have any specific information? I'm speculating here, but could MRVC activity in Japan have anything to do with the slowdown in Fore Systems' Japanese sales? I recently took a larger position in MRVC based in part on information gathered on this thread. At this point, it would be useful for me to gain a better understanding of the dark side of the MRVC story. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any bears around. Care to make like a lawyer and argue the bear case against MRVC?
