George: Thanks. I learn through experience. I made a mistake today in putting in a stop order probably stemming from my experience with a calamitous collapse of Adpatec a year and a half ago. My instincts were correct in buying Ancor at 12 and then at 10 a month ago. Its rush into the stratosphere yesterday and today, and that I am working with an IRA, moved me into a defensive posture, never suspecting that I would get caught so easily. But with no capital gains taxes to pay, even if I have to pay a buck more for the same number of shares, I will be OK, and wiser.

With a long weekend coming, I may even get a bonus and buy cheaper than I sold. Great company. I feel somewhat adrift without my shares! I didn't intend to sell them. They were ripped from my grasp. I was mugged.

I held my Adaptec shares because I believed in the company. Even when the shares hit 8 last October. Today they reached 38 before settling back a bit. I still have 'em.
