Larry, For many years, Detroit has started out selling the customer a Chevette, then moved them into a Taurus, then into a Marquis, then into a Cadillac/Lincoln. Step 'em up. So from something more than an immediate near term, yet something less than a very long term perspective, the astute PC manufacturer will provide an easy path for the "Chevette" users to upgrade to their product. "And we'll provide easy, on-the-spot financing!" And many of these new onliners will then look to Dell for something with a little more power, a smoother quieter ride and a good sound system. So, these Chevette PC's will certainly be able to drive their owners...right to the showroom. Best regards, George Wave
