Stan, The first date is 7/10...after that date some of the preferred (if the share price is over a dollar) may be converted. So if it takes 364 days to get it to a buck then so be it, onnnnn 7/10 year 2000 another batch may be converted but it also depends on the share price on and after THAT date. Stock must be over a buck...etc..etc... Seems like management must believe stock will hit $1 doesn't it....also, I truly believe once Phase II is underway all this conversion crap is naught..... :-)
