Dave, question.. name a company trading higher than their secondary.. Excep tiwh buy out rumors like abov and even that has a hard time staying above it.. Oh and get this for a laugh, CNET looking to buy NETA price @ 40. Ofcourse I sold most of it to buy some real companies so it might really happen.
