David, Looks like Benhoohoo took this opportunity to doctor the books for R&D. He was strong when dealing with market encroachment and that's why S&M was so high, but I don't think he considers shareholders at all. He could have let Intel take a little market and probably could have made his numbers, but that wouldn't have helped anyone and since the revenues were going to be down sequentially he took advantage of it for R&D. At least we know where he stands. I don't know about dumb like a fox, but I do think he's focused and likes to be able to cash in 60k options every year or so. I think he tanked that stock in an attempt to get USRX cheap as well. May work.
