Regarding share dilution as I just read on their web-site. I always thought that CMEC would have to sell shares to grow their business. They are in much better shape than most BB stocks that have 100 million or more shares out with constant selling just to stay in business. When shares are sold to grow the business it's ok IMO. If to fund losses year after year then I would sell my shares and move on. For now, I support the sale of shares vs debt. If they become profitable after merchant trader opens, the shares could be bought back.
