Paul, that was noble and a gentlemanly gesture to do what you have done. I never knew it went this far but I got some e-mail from friends on SI. You did not lose control and go off the deep end but nipped a problem in the bud. That shows a maturity that we can only envy. But as for the word you keep using "sheep" I never use words like that. Actually it was gemmers and myself in particular that were getting bashed for daring to go long on "CUST" see this below: from the CUST thread:

Funny thing is that everyone made money on CUST on the way up and I made sure to get them into CUST today in a timely manner on the way down (puts)..
I'm ignoring the intrusion on that other thread and will leave things alone. If there is something to be done I'll leave it to the 'powers that be'. I have never been anything less than courteous, civil, watching my language and professionalism for the last 2 1/2 years and I won't change anything about our service, posting and our thread. We are a 'class act' and I'm proud of everything we have accomplished.
When you have success there is nothing to change. In 47,000 posts and with all the previous 'top 10' in SI there has always been mutual respect, until now. I have always 'welcomed' those traders that ventured out on their own to make a business from a website, gave them pointers, advice etc. There is room for all of us traders who have a fine, reasonably priced service to offer. Those that think there is no room for others might have a problem. and it seems that they have the problem not just with us but with everyone, because no matter how much they try to disparage and attack with no provocation, the signals they are giving are not the signals they intended to give. So, we'll just sit back and go on with what we do best: trading, that is the best antidote...
